Barcode Software works with an easy and accessible interface and utilizes two simple steps to create printable barcodes.

Step 1: Input Data and Set Format

This step involves selection of barcode font, entering of barcode information and customization of barcodes.
  1. Select Barcode Font
You can choose any barcode symbology from 26 barcode fonts provided in list for instance Codabar, UPC A, Code 39, UPC E, Code 93, Extended Code 39, Code 128 A, Code 128 B, Code 128 C, Extended Code 93, EAN 13, ISBN 10, MSI Plessey, Industrial 2 of 5, Interleave 2 of 5, Planet, Postnet, Telepen and others.A check digit can also be added or displayed by selecting check box.
  1. Input Data
Input Data is used to create single or constant value barcodes or sequential barcodes in list through Constant Values or List Values options.
    • Constant Values

Using Constant Values alternative of Barcode Software, you can enter values in Barcode Value, Text Above and Text Below to create single barcodes.
    • List Values

List Values is composed of making barcode list through create list or import data features. Create List refers to manually inputting of data in prefix, suffix column and enter values in From and To fields to mention number of barcodes printed in list and click on Insert Data to Barcode Value List, Insert Data to Text Above List and Insert Data to Text Below List. You can also adjust print quantity field to specify number of barcodes printed on same page.  Import Data is used to import data from text and excel files and use it for entering information in Barcode Value, Text Above and Text Below to produce barcodes in list.
  1. Settings and Formatting
Barcode Software modifies barcodes with basic settings, text formatting and advanced settings. Basic settings includes barcode dimensions selection, text formatting specifies font style, font size, font color etc of barcode value, text above and text below barcodes and Advanced setting refer to bar width, bar height etc.

Step 2: Print or Export

This step is comprised of printing barcodes, storing barcodes and making copy of barcode pictures to conserve them for future editing.
  1. Print Barcodes
You can select auto, manual or predefined label stock print alignment for print barcodes. Auto is used to print barcodes in center of allocated region and manual is employed to print barcodes with manual settings like horizontal gap, vertical gap, number across, number down etc. Predefined label Stock is concerned about print barcodes using Avery, Apli, Ace Label etc.
  1. Save Images
You can conserve barcode images in JPG, BMP, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, PNG, GIF, EMF, PCX, WMF and other image formats.
  1. Copy Image
Barcode Software gives facility to copy barcode pictures into MS Word, MS Paint and other editing software.
